Adrian Berg (1929-2011) was one of Britain’s great landscape painters of the twentieth century. Glyndebourne is typical of the artists distinctively vibrant painting style, with the print being taken from Berg’s oil painting The Four Seasons of Glyndebourne.
His work is held in numerous public collections including the British Museum, Tate, Arts Council Collection, Pallant House Gallery, the Government Art Collection.
Berg exhibited works at Glyndebourne in 1990, 1991 and 1992.
The print is signed, titled, dated and numbered by the artist.
