EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Contact us within 28 days of receipt for alternative size, colour, item or a return.
We will process your exchange or refund within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
Conditions for exchange/returns:
Please handle all items with care. Items must be returned to us intact, undamaged, with the tags still attached, DVD/CD/Book shrink wrap and consumables must remain sealed and undamaged. Please return item(s) as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and be mindful with makeup, deodorant, perfume or aftershave which may leave marks or scent. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. We are unable to offer store credit.
- Fragrance and grooming: in the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the packaging is unsealed.
- Earrings: in the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
- Made-to-order and personalised products: our on-demand products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the bespoke handmade-to-order nature.
- Glyndebourne Original Art & Prints: these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We will pay the shipping cost for any returns where the products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us and this delivery method insures you for the value of the item(s).
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy products online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 28 working days of receiving your items. If you request a refund for your entire order, this also includes a refund for the equivalent of a standard delivery charge. This does not include the cost of returning the item(s) unless products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged.
