How do I make a purchase?

Purchasing from the Glyndebourne Shop is very easy. Once you have found the item(s) you would like to buy, select any applicable specifications such as colour or size and the ‘add to shopping basket’ button.

Review the items in your shopping basket by clicking the ‘shopping basket’ icon at the top of the page. You can also remove items from your shopping bag here too.

Click on ‘proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation with a corresponding order reference number. If you need to contact our Glyndebourne Shop customer service team, please use your order reference number.

If you have not received your email order confirmation, please check your junk email folder.

Do I need to create an account before making a purchase?

You can either create an account or checkout as a guest. By creating account you can view your order(s) and track your items for delivery and save your address details making it faster to checkout.

I have forgotten my account password, what can I do?

You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password?' on the Sign In page. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I know when my order has been sent?

We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

What are your delivery and postage costs?

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to multiple addresses.

How do I Click & Collect?

If you have chosen Click & Collect for your order you will be sent an email when it has been packed and it will be waiting at Glyndebourne's Box Office for you. Box Office is open for shop collections from 10.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday (closed on Bank Holidays).

Please park in the customer car park in the Glyndebourne grounds. Please bring with you your order details and identification.


Can I make exchanges and returns?

What is your refund policy?

If you would like a refund, please return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt. Please send your item(s) back to the address below, detailing your wishes for either an exchange or refund:

We will process your exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charge) within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

We recommend that you obtain a receipt for proof of postage and you use a delivery method that insures you for the value of item(s).

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

The Glyndebourne Shop offers a gift wrapping service and is charged at £3.50 per item. The Gift Wrap service needs to be added to your shopping basket and can be found in our 'GIFTS' category, here.
If requested, we can hold an item for posting on specific day(s).
All pricing will be removed prior to gift wrapping.

How do promotions and discount codes work?

From time-to-time the Glyndebourne Shop runs special promotions and discounts. Simply enter the advertised promotion discount code in the coupon code section at the checkout. These offers apply to only and cannot be used against Glyndebourne Gift Vouchers, Glyndebourne Gift Memberships, Glyndebourne Donations packages, Glyndebourne Festival Programme Books, Glyndebourne Tour Programmes, Art Gallery, Glyndebourne rare posters, Print To Order service or items already in the sale.
