Round Lapis Lazuli Earrings

These stunning 8mm Lapis Lazuli round silver gilt ear studs are handmade in gold plated hallmarked silver (vermeil). They are finished with a post and scroll fitting. 

The Lapis Lazuli has an intense, matt royal blue, flecked with gold (iron pyrites) inclusions, rough-cut to leave a natural looking finish. There is a rough surface on both the lapis lazuli and the gold plated silver for a natural organic “found” look.  The roughness of the cut gives an undulating outline to the gold plated silver setting edge.
