How many points are earned on a purchase?

As a Glyndebourne Shop Loyalty Club customer, you will be rewarded with 1 point for every £1 you spend. All new Shop Loyalty Club customers will be given a special introductory offer of automatically receiving 250 points.

What are the points worth?

Each point is worth 3p so if you have earned 100 points, this is worth £3 to spend at the Glyndebourne Shop or www.glyndebourneshop.com

How can I register to become part of the Shop Loyalty Club?

You can register very easily to become part of the Shop Loyalty Club via www.glyndebourneshop.com. To register online, sign-in or create an Account on www.glyndebourneshop.com then once you are in your My Account section, click on the My Loyalty page. On performance days, Glyndebourne ticket holders can register at our Shop till points. Our helpful shop staff will be on hand to set-up a Shop Loyalty Club account for you - it is a quick registration process.

Will I be given a Shop Loyalty Club card?

Not necessarily! If you register to become a Shop Loyalty Club customer online via www.glyndebourneshop.com, it is not necessary for you to have a Shop Loyalty Club card. Your email address and password will provide the security you need to earn and spend points straight away at www.glyndebourneshop.com. If you register to become a Shop Loyalty Club customer via our Shop on site at Glyndebourne, you will be issued with a Shop Loyalty Club Card which you will need in order to redeem points at till points. If you register online to become part of our Shop Loyalty Club and wish to have a Shop Loyalty Club Card, please contact the Glyndebourne Shop on 01273 815033 and we will organise this for you.

How do I earn points with my online or in-shop purchase?

Your points will be automatically credited to your Shop Loyalty Club Card account once your order has been confirmed online or your payment has been made at our Shop till points. Please note, it may take up to 15 minutes for the points to appear on your card balance.

How do I spend my earned points?

You can pay or part pay any transaction with your points earned. At the Glyndebourne Shop till points, simply hand over your Shop Loyalty Club card and let the cashier know you would like to pay with your points. The total price in points will then be deducted from your Shop Loyalty Club card balance.

You can also spend your points at www.glyndebourneshop.com. Make sure you are signed into your online shop account with the same email address registered with your Shop Loyalty Club account and start shopping. At checkout, you will see your current ‘My Loyalty’ points balance and can select the desired points you would like to spend towards your purchase. All new orders placed on the online shop will also help you to earn points

Can I earn points if I pay for my goods via Glyndebourne gift vouchers?

Yes! Our Glyndebourne Gift Vouchers are a form of payment so therefore you are able to collect points on purchases paid for by our Glyndebourne Gift Vouchers.

I bought a product using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange/refund?

Yes. If you are taking a product back to our shop, please ensure you bring your Shop Loyalty Club card which was used in the transaction so the points can be credited back to the account. Alternatively, telephone our head office and let us know your Shop Loyalty Club card number so we can credit your account once the returned product has been received via the post.

Can I earn and redeem points on all my purchases?

The Shop Loyalty Club excludes points earned and redeemed on: Art Gallery, Print-to-Order service, Glyndebourne Programme Book, Glyndebourne Tour Programme Glyndebourne Gift Vouchers, shipping costs, gift wrap service, Glyndebourne Membership, Glyndebourne Tour Membership and Gift Membership, Donations, Glyndebourne Box Office tickets, The Long Bar, Champagne Bar, Dining at Glyndebourne.

Is there a cap on the number of points I can earn?

No! There is no cap on the number of points you can earn.

What can I do if I lose my Shop Loyalty Club card?

Please contact the Glyndebourne Shop and we will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you.

How do I check my points?

Sign into your online account and click on My Loyalty and you will be able to see your points earned. Alternatively, you can call our Shop on 01273 815 033. Our till receipts will also print your up to date points earned.

How do I amend my personal details?

You can easily change your details by visiting your www.glyndebourneshop.com account or call the Glyndebourne Shop on 01273 815033

What should I do if I would like to close my Loyalty account?

Please contact us at the Glyndebourne Shop and we will close the account for you. Alternatively, sign in to your www.glyndebourneshop.com account and, by unticking the terms & conditions box in the My Loyalty page and pressing save, this will disable your Shop Loyalty Club account so you will no longer be able to earn or use any points , including any points that may still be left on your My Loyalty account balance.

How does the Glyndebourne Shop use my data?

The Glyndebourne Shop does not disclose your Shop Loyalty Club data to third parties. The Glyndebourne Shop will only communicate with you via our weekly Glyndebourne Shop email newsletters which highlight our latest Glyndebourne Shop products and our exclusive Shop Loyalty Club offers.

How do I unsubscribe from Shop Loyalty Club email marketing communications?

If you are a Shop Loyalty Club customer and no longer wish to receive marketing communications from the Glyndebourne Shop, either by email, telephone or by post, you can do so by updating your online account contact preferences. Once you have signed in to your www.glyndebourneshop.com account, click on Contact Preferences and here you will be able to unsubscribe from communications from the Glyndebourne Shop.

Simply untick the boxes next to one of or all of the options for By Email, By Post, By SMS and press the Save button. Your preferences will be automatically updated automatically.

Please note, opting out of email communications will mean you will not receive the details of our Shop Loyalty Club exclusive offers. Should you change your mind and wish to opt-in again, you will simply sign back in to your www.glyndebourneshop.com account and update your contact preferences, by ticking the boxes next to By Email, By Post and By SMS.

Do I have to live in the UK to qualify as a Shop Loyalty Club customers?

No! Our Shop Loyalty Club customers can live anywhere across the globe.

Will my Shop Loyalty points have an expiry date?

Your Glyndebourne Shop loyalty points will expire after 5 years.
